Small improvement: fewer clicks

... having to go through our own "detail" page, which was more of a hindrance than a help.We've considered making the same change for news articles and city press releases but decided against it for now, because there's a lot of value in the fact that we're creating an archive of location-specific news reports in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.Please keep the feedback coming!
