Save Web Pages Forever with Iterasi; Images & Hyperlinks Stay Intact
via Digital Inspiration by Amit Agarwal on May 05, 2008
You have already seen a video demo of Iterasi but now it’s time to experience the product.Iterasi is a browser extension for Firefox and IE that lets you save exact copies of web pages at the click of a button. Iterasi also preserves the images, hyperlinks and CSS formatting along with the web content.
While it is possible to save complete web pages using other clipping tools as well (like Clipmarks and Evernote), Iterasi is extremely easy to use - the entire web page gets saved to your Iterasi account in a single click.
And it even mirrors the images and CSS style sheets of the web page so you also have access to content just the way you saw it in first place. You can keep your web clippings private or share them with friends.

Iterasi may be quite useful if you want to share live and clickable snapshots of web pages that change very frequently - like Techmeme or say Yahoo! News. SEO folks may use Iterasi to illustrate clients how Google rankings change over a period of time for keywords.
And the next version of Iterasi will have a scheduling feature where you could specify time periods when it will automatically capture and save snapshots of defined web pages.
